Before recommending the right maintenance plan we carry out a basic, high level health assessment of your app. This quick assessment helps us to understand your app's current health, and determine whether our retained maintenance service is the right fit and if so, which tier may align best with your needs.

Further detailed information regarding the support which would be included for each tier are available on request. As part of any onboarding process, we would also undertake a preliminary high level app health assessment, to make sure that a retained maintenance plan is the right fit for your app. If it is, we can also advise on the most appropriate tier of support which is aligned with your specific goals and priorities. (The app must be an existing app, which is live on the App Store).
Monthly retainers are payable in advance on the 1st of each month.
Yes, you can cancel your monthly retainer with one calendar month's written notice.
Our retainer services are designed for the maintenance of a single iOS application, identified by its unique App Store Bundle ID (including universal support for iPhone and iPad). Additional arrangements or a custom quote will be required for:

Each distinct application with its own App Store Listing

Multiple applications within an App Store bundle that require individual maintenance.

Apps with custom hardware integrations or highly specialised device configurations that fall outside standard iOS environments.

Requests exceeding the limit or complexity of the selected retained service, may be deferred or quoted for separately.
New feature development and backend work is not included in the retainers. This can be quoted for separately.
We are unable to carry forward any unused elements of the retainer from one month to the next.
